Who is responsible for your data?
Wouanda publishes the Prestige Invest app (PRESTIGE) and this website, and is responsible for the processing described here.

The data we process, and why
These are the categories of data processed by PRESTIGE and what they are used for.

In this version: PRESTIGE does not request your location, contacts, microphone, an advertising identifier, bank details or a payment method. The app uses only Internet, notifications and optional biometrics to lock access. Before enabling a paid feature, Wouanda will update this policy and the Google Play listing, then present the necessary information before any collection.
On what legal basis
- Performance of the contract: your account and the service you use.
- Legitimate interest: the security of the service and diagnostics.
- Consent: notifications. You can withdraw it at any time in the app or Android settings.
Who we share data with
Service providers acting for PRESTIGE may receive only the data needed for their function:
- Hosting and account management: keep your account and the data you save.
- Authentication and notifications: provide third-party sign-in and deliver the alerts you choose.
- Technical diagnostics: detect errors and measure app stability.
- User-requested AI processing: receive only the content needed for the requested explanation. PRESTIGE does not add your name or email address to that content.
We do not sell your data, we show no advertising and we give it to no data broker.
International processing
Some providers may process technical data or an AI request outside your country. PRESTIGE limits transmitted data to what is needed for the requested service and applies the safeguards required by provider contracts and applicable law.
How long we keep it
Your data is kept while your account exists. When you delete it, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, then erasure is final (see Delete your account).
Technical diagnostics are kept for the period configured in the error-reporting service, then deleted or anonymised. Strictly necessary security records may be kept longer where required by law or for abuse prevention.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what the service requires. You can lock the app with your fingerprint or face (optional; this biometric data never leaves your phone).
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, portability, object to a processing, restrict it or withdraw your consent.
Write to contact@wouanda.com. We reply within the time required by applicable law. You can also delete your account yourself from the app. You may complain to the data-protection authority competent for your place of residence.
Children
PRESTIGE is not intended for people under 18.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses no cookies and no trackers. It only remembers, in your browser, your language and theme choice. The app uses no advertising cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update date above changes too, and an important change is announced in the app.
