Delete your PRESTIGE account and data

From the app
- Open PRESTIGE and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and data.
- Confirm with your password, Google account or Apple Account.
- You are signed out and the date of final deletion is shown.
Without the app
No longer have the app? Send your request from the email address associated with the account. This lets us verify that the request comes from you.
Contact address: developer@wouanda.com. State only that you want to delete your account; never send your password.
What is deleted
- Your profile and email address
- Your portfolios and watchlist
- Your alerts, plans and decision journal
- Your preferences and learning progress
- Your devices registered for notifications
What is kept
Some data strictly required for a legal obligation, security or abuse prevention may be kept for the required period. It is isolated and cannot be used to restore your account.
The cooling-off period: 14 days
For 14 days your account is suspended but nothing is erased. If you change your mind, sign back in and choose Keep: the request is cancelled. After that, erasure is final and irreversible.
